The five steps:

  1. Define a reality you would like to experience
  2. Relax into Zero-Point (Be Silent)
  3. Allow yourself to look at the new Version-of-Yourself
  4. Enter the New Viewpoint
  5. Rest in Fulfilment

Rest in fulfillment. The key is to rest in the new viewpoint, without trying to "make it happen." This means ceasing to behave in a way that presupposes that the desired reality is not already so. The corresponding physical manifestation will appear when you stop needing it and are willingly identified with it.

6. Timelessness: Live in the Eternal Now

The present can be your greatest present.
