Sonia Nazario is an accomplished journalist who has covered social issues for over two decades.
She won the 2003 Pulitzer Prize for Feature Writing and was the youngest writer hired by the Wall Street Journal.
Nazario grew up in Kansas and Argentina before permanently moving to the U.S. during Argentina's Dirty War.
She holds degrees from Williams College and UC Berkeley.
Nazario serves on advisory boards for literary and educational organizations, and is on the board of Kids In Need of Defense, a non-profit providing pro-bono attorneys to unaccompanied immigrant children.
