P.C. Cast

P.C. Cast is a bestselling author known for her House of Night series.

Born in the Midwest, she developed a love for horses and mythology while growing up between Illinois and Oklahoma.

After serving in the U.S. Air Force and teaching high school for 15 years, Cast became a full-time writer.

Her novels have received numerous awards, including the Oklahoma Book Award and YALSA Quick Pick for Reluctant Readers.

Cast is a member of the Oklahoma Writers Hall of Fame and lives in Oregon with her daughter, pets, and horses.

She continues to write and is involved in the development of a House of Night TV series.
