Oyinkan Braithwaite is a Nigerian author and graduate of Creative Writing and Law from Kingston University.
She began her career as an assistant editor at Kachifo, a Nigerian publishing house, before freelancing as a writer and editor.
Braithwaite's literary talents were recognized early on, as she was shortlisted for the Eko Poetry Slam in 2014 and became a finalist for the Commonwealth Short Story Prize in 2016.
Her debut novel, My Sister, the Serial Killer, garnered significant attention and acclaim, establishing her as a promising voice in contemporary Nigerian literature.
Braithwaite currently resides in Lagos, Nigeria, where she continues to write and contribute to the literary scene.
